I use the realistic hair and body as the basic, and print the Sims's face in game ,than use photoshop to take it to cover the realistic people's face completely.
i love this style,and i will use the style often!!!

they certainly are beautiful. i just hope you are asking permission from the poser artists whose images you are using (such as outoftouch)and the owners of the photos too for that matter.
